Millburn has two sides. Downtown has the Paper Mill Playhouse and a strip of shops and restaurants. The rest of the township is leafy streets of colonials, Tudors and newer houses, with Short Hills inside its borders.
On the house side, most calls are about a kitchen, a family room or an addition that doesn’t match the rest of the house. We mix decorative, recessed and accent light and put it on simple controls, so you’re not standing at a bank of eight switches.
On Millburn Avenue and Main Street, a shop is judged from the sidewalk after dark. We light storefronts, windows and interiors for shops, salons and restaurants. At home we keep the outside subtle. South Mountain Reservation is right there, and nobody wants to see a floodlit house from the woods.

Millburn FAQ
Do you design lighting for small retail shops and restaurants?
Yes. We work on window displays, the sales floor or dining room, and the sign. We also look at the power bill.
Is Short Hills covered by your Millburn service?
Yes. Short Hills is part of the township.
Can you help us choose fixtures for a renovation already underway?
Yes. Come by the showroom with your plans and we’ll work out what still fits.
