Chatham Borough is a walking town, with a Main Street, a train station and blocks of colonials, Victorians, Tudors and Capes. Most of them have been redone at least once.
We do a lot of kitchens, additions and finished basements here. The lots are close together, so we also think about what the neighbors see. A bright kitchen window or a floodlit driveway is more noticeable on a Chatham street than on five acres.
On Main Street, we light shops, cafés and offices so they read well from the sidewalk at night. At home, porch and garden light stays scaled to the street.

Chatham Borough FAQ
Do you work on finished basements?
A lot. Low ceilings and few windows make basements the hardest rooms to light well.
Can you design lighting for a small shop?
Yes. Window, sales floor and sign, on one plan.
Is Chatham Township a separate service area?
It has its own page, but we cover both.
