Marlboro is a large township in western Monmouth County. It used to be farmland, and now has neighborhoods of colonials, contemporaries and large custom homes built over the past few decades.
New homes and renovations here often include a home theater and a big lower level along with the kitchen and great room. We plan all of it, room by room.
Pools, patios and outdoor kitchens are everywhere here. We light them for safety and for evenings outside, then do the front so the house looks good from the street.
