Little Silver is bordered by branches of the Shrewsbury River. It has a train station, the historic Parker Homestead, and a mix of colonials, ranches, cottages and newer custom homes, many of them near the water.
Sunrooms come up a lot here. They’re lovely by day and hard at night, when glass on three sides turns black. We light them with low, warm sources and keep bright points away from the windows.
Backyards here often run down toward the water, with gardens worth seeing after dark. We use coastal-rated fixtures where the salt air reaches and keep the light low near the shoreline.

Little Silver FAQ
Do you design lighting for sunrooms?
Yes. The trick is keeping the room comfortable at night without turning the windows into mirrors.
How long does outdoor lighting design take?
A consultation, then a design in a week or two for most yards. Bigger properties take longer.
Do you serve Red Bank and Fair Haven?
Yes, both.
