Hoboken fits a lot into about a square mile: 19th-century brownstones and rowhouses, converted lofts, new condo buildings, Washington Street, and the Manhattan skyline across the river.
We’ve worked here. Our portfolio includes Hoboken apartments with floating ceilings and cove lighting. In a small home, light does a lot to make rooms feel bigger. Coves, wall washing and a few good fixtures beat a ceiling full of cans.
Restaurants, bars and shops on busy streets need to stand out and still feel comfortable inside. At home, terraces and roof decks get light for evenings with a view.

Hoboken FAQ
What’s a floating ceiling?
A ceiling panel with a hidden light cove around its edge, so it seems to hover. You can see one in our Hoboken project.
Can you work within condo board rules?
Yes. We plan around what the building allows.
Do you serve Jersey City and Weehawken?
We do.
